Subway in Mainz

Delicious food like to eat again.

Been there three times and three times I was served in a bad mood in person. I prefer to go to Mcdonlads next time

Today I had a really great and patient staff. Thank you, it was delicious again.

The standards of broiler farms are disastrous and should be closed. No more meat at the expense of extremely high animal suffering.

The subs are standard, the waitresses unfortunately always rude. If you are not satisfied with your work, I fully understand, but then please look for jobs outside of the restaurant business. There are enough jobs where you can avoid social interactions;)

I am very disappointed to hear that Subway is still accepting very poor terms for its chicken. When I eat a chicken sandwich I expect it to meet certain standards. Please stand up for more animal welfare, you have the power, Subway. Join the European Broiler Chicken Initiative. That would be a start! BG

I'll never go on this subway again! Mosquitoes everywhere on the ingredients & sauces! Employee saves when occupying the subs! Not recommended!!!

Sub's good. Unfortunately the tables were dirty and bumpy. It is not disinfected after every customer. For me this is an important point today. Too bad.

A cheek, the staff really rude, the exhibited vegan chicken teriyaki was not available! There weren't any wraps either, and guacamole was empty too! I will avoid this subway ... too bad :( Edit: Regarding the owner's answer: Possibly I was there with my colleague and also evaluated the situation. And there weren't any wraps! Or the staff was too lazy to replenish them!

If you know one, you know them all ... This subway is no different from the others.

Hygiene very poor. Staff absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly. Update on demand from the owner: toilet rooms very dirty. Tables super dirty, were not cleaned after every guest despite Corona regulation. The same applies to the tables outside. Regarding the staff: Unfortunately there is nothing more than unmotivated and unfriendly to say.

Worst service so far! Does not participate in promotions promoted by Subway, according to the employees, although these actions are displayed on the screens. You also didn't get points for your purchase because the scanner was defective. Conclusion: no more visits from me, the franchisee should be terminated!

Food is good as always and it went quite quickly. Unfortunately, no offers from the app could be used and the staff was very listless. Even my subcard could not be scanned and I should add it at home. In every other subway in Mainz this has always been no problem. The same with the offers

Unfortunately not the best branch. It usually takes forever until a bread is filled. Today the men were completely unprepared: around 12 there was only one type of bread, wraps and salad and there were no cookies available. In the lunch break you are happy about every minute where you don't have to queue anywhere. Card payment is apparently just a question of who is serving. Could pay less than 10 €.

Awful! Operation extremely unfriendly. It is remarkable that there is enough customers. How to work like this is without any foundation! Better try another one.

Very tasty as always. Price-performance is completely correct. At the hygiene in the restaurant there is nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly and attentive. All in all, great - gladly again.
